Our company was founded in 1995 by Saige's mother, Hildi. Hildi learned through the Waldorf School Movement the importance of natural fibers and handmade toys for the development of the whole child. Soon, Saige's homelife was filled with joujoux (playthings in French) lovingly made by her mother. In the early part of 1997 we welcomed a new "toy tester" to our company. His name is Jaden. He has personally tested all the dolls for babies. -OUR COMPANY PHILOSOPHY- As a "cottage industry" with an emphasis on family and environment, we aim to provide our goods to other families in the hopes of recapturing the lost innocence of childhood. Striving to enrich our children's views of humankind, we offer ethnically and gender diverse dolls and such. We also support other cottage industries throughout the country.
